Hi
As per to my knowledge it can not be sweat analysis, it can be SWOT analysis of any product or process.
SWOT:-
S - Strength of particular product or process
W - weakness of particular product or process
O - opportunity of that product in the market.
T - Threat to particular product or process
SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business.

Hi Preti,
SWOT Means Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity and Threat.
SWOT analysis can be used to help in the pursuit of that objective
Strengths: attributes of the organization that are helpful to achieving the objective.
Weaknesses: attributes of the organization those are harmful to achieving the objective.
Opportunities: external conditions those are helpful to achieving the objective.
Threats: external conditions that is harmful to achieving the objective.
SWOT analysis is management by objectives and merely getting the job done in terms of organisational needs.
On the othe hand SWEAT analysis -----is the planning and evaluation process is guided by shared decision-making, empowerment, emancipation and consequently shared leadership within the organisation.
Happiness of the epmloyees is the essence of oraganisational Objective.
The human factor is not secondary to the existence of the organisation.
