I am a silent member of this group but today I have to share something funny which I have been noticing all these months, Even when I had joined this group I sent a Hello Mailer but the number of responses I received was from two gentleman,today I saw a girl conveying her hai to the Group I I saw 15 replies to her ... FUNNY MAN FUNNY ..... Why peole are like this ..??

In the past couple of months ... CiteHR membership as well as activity levels have skyrocketed ....

its matter of time...may be u joined during some high pressure time...Like I did...
Being a girl, i too didnt get replies for my Hi mails... But it did not stop me from going through the site or replying or questioning...
You need to interact a lot to know people, to have & set expectations.
Start here..get to contribute as much as you can, wether its little or more..it doesn't matter, its only your efforts & interests that matter...
