HI Menaka,
Since, diwali is a colourful festival, you need to decorate your office with full of flowers, hope your office would sponsor.
Below are the list which would make your floor colourful and beautiful
First at the entrance you need to put a rangoli and in the outer design keep small small Deepa/Diyas burnt and hang some colorful flowers at the entrance which would brighten up the floor
Second, stick some roses in alternate cubical and here and there stick some painted Crackers pictures to hang, Akash butti,
Regards,
Kiran

Hi,
You can all your staff to some forest area and celebrate with people available in the particular forest. take all sweets , crackers and old dresses and share joy with them. This will give more pleasure and different experience.

Can anyone give a format for "celeberation". Any format which makes everyone a part of the family and happy can be adopted. Let the feelings emanate from the heart and rreach to the core of the heart of the receipient. All new ideas will come come to you when you target this.
Happy Diwali

Hi,
I would like to know about how does a leave policy work for expats. Usually expats join on 1years contract so how to give leave credits incase they join in mid year. If the leaves are calculated and credited as per financial year. Then the expat will not be entiled to paid leaves. Please provide inputs like how it works in your organisation.
