1. Any ammendments required?
2. Is it suitable for HR field?
3. At what level of job opportunity (Manager/ Sr Manager/ AVP/VP) should I look out for?
Any other assistance is gladly welcome.

Dear Sir,

Firstly Thanks for your kind service because of which we are safe. I have seen your CV which quite impressive one, only one thing is there in the objective u mentioned for Middle or Senior. Kindly mentioned Sr. Level which will show your confidence.

Mr. Joshi,
You have a distinguished resume, how I see it is that you should apply for a security firm and in the operations vertical going in HR would be a waste of someone who has trained in CIJW school and the commando training school in Balgaum, the ones which are doing reallly well are the ones based in Mumbai and some in Delhi
They would love to have someone with the kind of expertise you have and I dont think you should even think of Junior/Middle management but should strive for senior management such as Senior Manager AVP VP in that mould.
I ahve downloaded your resume and will try and find a suitable opening for you if you should require one.

Hello Munib,
Thanks a lot for your invaluable and prompt inputs. However, as I spoke to you, I am not really interested in security firms, having spent my entire career in the forces. I am more interested in people and resource management since I feel that my strong point is my ability to gel with nearly all kinds and types of people. I have also found out that I have a flair for training and enjoy it a lot. Thanks once again and we will keep in touch.
Regards,
Yogesh Joshi.

I currently Head - HR, in an Structural Engineering Company. I started my career in the Infantry, I agree with your view of not joining security. Going through your resume I feel it shd be tailored to the civil lingo, for eg, under training, you have listed out many trainings you have done for diff cadres, which may not be fully understood by a non military person.
Suggest you send your resume to Maj Gen Sandhu (ex armoured corps ) who is a very senior person in the Anand Group. This is a well known group in the Auto comp mfg sector with presence all over India, and they hire ex army lofficers for HR positions. His id is . Before joining this British MNC I served as Head - HR in one of the Anand Group companies.
Best of luck.
