Please i need ur help urgently coz am confused and i cant understand: What is exactly performance mgt ? performance measurement? performance appraisal? and balanced scorecard is related to which of them and 360 feedback related to which topic??
Please i need ur help as i have to work on my graduating thesis and i couldnt understand these different fields... Can any one plz suggest a good topic from these 3 and tell me any ideas about it or send me a completed project abt it??

I can only make u understand what r these in simple words but not sure of preparing a project for it.
Performance Management - u set standards and try to maintain them through out. It can be self. When it comes to team it is an overall avg. all the precautions and steps to taken to improve the performance level of self or grp is PMngnt.
Performance Measurement - a details report maintained to help u during persormance appraisals if in a group. this helps to know the strengths and things need to improve on. 'Measurement of performance' - isnt it simple.
Performance Appraisal - is the compensation or benefits offered for the work performed by an individual in specified time interval (6 mnths/1yr)....it may be promotion, salary hike etc.....
360 feedback - is 1 of the appraisal system used to measure the performance.....here the feedback comes from every corner of the system (i.e Lead, Manager, Client, Customer, HR).....it is not followed in INDIA
