Dear K Sambasivam,
In your presentation, I did not see the following:
a) Delegation skills - supervisor is no longer a worker. he has to get the work done from others.
b) Different types of Attitudes of workers: - He should be ready to handle difficult people
c) Today's supervisor is tomorrow's manager. He should be geared for this position also.
d) Listening skills
Ok...

Hi, good material here. Supervisory or Management skills is a big topic and cannot all be covered in one session. Needs more than one.
My only other comment is that most of your slides have far too many words on them. The ppt should only have the main points on them as a guide for the discussion.
I find many ppt's on Cite are way too wordy. Trainees spend too much time reading and not discussing and learning. I do not use ppt's in my training sessions.
