Very good presentation. Half work done. The Trainer has to convey the message, applying all those rules to him. Personally I feel, you could have added about Ethics and Values also (litle bit). In my trainings I put some focus on Ethics and Values also, as I believe those facotrs also important to be effective and succesful.
