Can you please let me know what are the rules and regulation by ministry of external affairs to be followed by recruitment agencies to start up US recruitment operation. like bank guarantees, licensing, etc. if any. Kindly provide me details on semi-skilled and skilled and white collar jobs.

hmmm...good ppt. looking at the current market scenario, I guess only contract positions will remain and permanent positions will go off.
If we want to enter the US Recruitment then we should be aware of not only the things that are given in the PPT but many more points... tey even sometimes come up with one month or 5 days contract positions...we should be aware how to handle those candidates. I dont think they really would be ready to do such kind of a short term project....

Its so compressed and easy format, every one can understand to fast.
Note : some comments stating that many things was missing – Hello boss US staffing is not a cup of tea to drink in a sip. As far as basic knowledge is concern this PP is excellent and jagvimdhir did a good job.
So if you guys well understanding about the rest could you please post here. :-D

I think you are right.. its just half done but as of my experience and knowledge, i dont think its necessary to speak in US accent with the consultants.. Moreover you cant grasp anything at one go.. The information I provided here is just a basic information for recruiters in ths Industry to be aware of.. It would be great if you can add in a few more stuffs if you think so and can post the amended ppt... Its all about sharing your knowledge and experience with the guys here and as and how we get into real time work exposure, we can learn more and more...
