Hi everyone!
I have just joined this forum.
I am doing a project work on ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND IT'S INFLUENCE ON LEADERSHIP. Could you please assist as to how to start and finish this work?. I intend using a Gold mining Company as a case study.
I would also appreciate it very much if I could get articles on the topic
Thanks

Culture is the prime factor for motivation in the industry. And motivation for oneself is directly proportional to one becoming a leader. So probably this is the way you can start the research and I can go on further only after something is done.
Will revert back to you soon, after having some more infromation.

Hi Efua,
Good topic for a project and relevant in today's business as leaders make difference to the business. It would be better if you could define the scope of the project and also bring clarity to the topic. Are you measuring influence on leadership style or effectiveness?
Once you have defined the variables clearly, you can measure the variables using questionnaires. The data collected can be analysed using various statistical techniques like correlation etc.
The analysis should be captured and an action plan can be suggested to the organisation so that the company also benefit out of your project.
