For ur project on SCM, u should ideally start with introduction of SCM: brief history/origin, definition, meaning, functions in SCM, difference b/w SCM and logistics (as SCM is extension of logistics). explain more abt 'relationship management' as SCM is abt upstream n downstream management. (this is should b ur 1 chapter)
Give current scenario of SCM in India. mention abt key players in industry, the turnover etc which will form a market conditions/scenario.
Now start with your case study on the organization. First introduce the company, its turnover, its position vis-a-vis competitiors. Explain abt the solutions provided by company to client. Emphasize more on its functionality i.e. how it works and excels while working with its clients. Talk abt transportation mngt, distribution, freight mngt, technology used, end-to-end solution etc. dont 4get t mention their USP. Do SWOT analysis.
Finally, give conclusion and recmmendations. Recommendations shud be based on ur observation of the company and thr sould be some.
Dont only mention the good points but u can also mention some defects in system
as it will reflect ur effort.
