Hello Sanjeev,
Nothing is wrong with Ashma. Every one is doing same here. You may pls post such materials deleting author name. Atleast we ll be benefited. And one thing that it is not necessary that every individual is complete in their field and individual differences are.....thxs for providing links.

and what about the person who do all the hardwork...in thinking, brainstroming and researching. Sharing information is not wrong...but what is the harm in keeping the name of the author or giving the link of the article rather than copying and deleting the name. It is like...you do all hardwprk and your colleague gets the reward of promotion and your manager gives you an explaination, "What is the harm...everybody does so".

Hello Sanjeev,
I am giving a simple example. Do u know Hindi???
"GHAR ME SAB KOE KAAM NAHI KARTA BUT SAB KOE KHATA JARUR HAY AUR NAAM KISKA HOTA HAY.....JO SABSE BADA HOTA HAI"
Samjha karo Janam..................isame gussa hone ki kya jarurat hay. HIRA HIRA HI RAHEGA, KISIKE KOEYLA KAHNE SE VO HIRA KOEYLA NAHI HOGA.

Hi Siddhu,
I think as netizens and members of this forum we have to respect and follow certain general rules which protect copyrights. but i am sure you know that as you have been on this forum from a long time.
In that context I think we could save this forum from not being pulled down because somebody was lazy or careless enough to take a little trouble and credit the Original author of the articles.
I am sure he didn't claim those articles to be his - so his intentions are well so why let ends loose for someone else to pick'em up and use it against this forum. We do want this forum to grow , don't we?
Would request Aashmanin to kindly repost the above if he wishes to.
Best Wishes

Dear Nad,
Pls see the above statement once again. Has Ashma tried to take credit???? Simply written that " Pls find attached PCMM Model for a layman and its application. its gud article for starters". Now you tell where Ashma has mentioned that I am writing this ARTICLE or its my article?????? Has Ashma tried to get credit???? Simply Ashma has posted for our information. Why u ppl are bleming to get credit??? Really I am totally confused.

Hi Sidhu
How are you?
Well it is sure that Ashma has not asked for any credit but when you are using online portals or discussion groups you need to give credit to the original Author even if you dont take credit.
Its a matter of principle.

Hi Praveen,
I am fine, what about you???
Can u tell one thing??? suppose i m receiving any article from u or any other friends and i m posting that same. It means article author is "u" or "my friend" who sent me. There is chance that Ashma received this artcile from somebody and simply posted. why we are looking one side of coin????? we are suppose to convince ashma that WE SHOULD TRY TO WRITE THE NAME OF AUTHOR WHO HAS WRITTEN, But we should not fire Ashma for such posting.....................My intention of writting such reply is to convey the message that WE MAY SIMPLY DISAGREE WITH YOU OR WITH ANYONE'S STATEMENT. Not we will start firing. Ashma may be not aware about this courtsey...............You know something. it doesn't mean that every body is aware about ur knowing. We are suppose to convince to not do in future. Not to start fire.
Thanks praveen
No any posting by you yaar.........how r u doing??????

Dear Siddhu,

I see where the whole discussion is going. First things first realize that nobody here is "targetting" Aashmanin even though somehow he is becoming the prime focus.

Well, if he didn't do it someone else would - and in that case One would happily point it out to that someone else. There is nothing to be confused about as it is not the person - its the Action that is in question.

So the question of Aashmanin moochin off the credit is simply ruled out!

He conveniently forgot or didn't bother to check the net for sources before posting - he wanted to help! Funnily enough the file contains around 3 articles under the PCMM (file name) and talks about two more different topics. I am sure he was giving Sanjeev's Articles as bonus or his friend who forwarded this file to him was :D

Again, I have given him a choice about if he wishes to respost it with the original author's name in it. If he doesn't he can live with that. All we have to worry about is if the Original author or the webiste/magazine it featured in has issues with that. then again, its really not anyone;s problem is it - it is Sidhartha's problem.

Lastly I am with you when you point out that we are to convince him about not repeating this action in future. I guess in your pursuit to do so you may still find it useful to see the following link about the original research reports and the person who had them up there :
