If your Company is registered under PF(providant Fund) ACt then only you would get pension please check with your company normally a company having 20+employees is covered under this Act.

The Employee shoul be only eligible to get a pension fund scheme if he likes amd he is eligible to receive it only after the completion of the 10 yrs of service even from different companies if the Epf is submitted properly David :)

Hi, I do not understand " off role employee". Do you mean to say that you were not in the rolls of the company and was working on a contract? There are two cases. 1. Pension under EPF applies once you complete 10 years of service continuously. 2. The other form is after retirement which normally pertains to public sector / govt employees.
