Depending on the location and size of your office have the employees come together and post messages on a large flag about their feelings on what freedom means to them and hang it up in a prominent place.
You could also give pin small flags as they come into office.

Un like key persons, Employees rarely get chance to voice their feelings and views. So invite your employees specially those not in lime light to speak on nation and patriatrism etc. Guide,support, encourage them to come with an output.
For a HR person this is a good chance to highlight thier skills.

You can organise competitions/skits in which employees can act for may be 3 to 5 min. taking any of the freedom fighters as main character.
Get those small flag which every one can pin to their clothes.
You can have a tricolour day where in everyone wears clothes of the colour of flag(very commen practise)
