2 How do you go about organizing your work and scheduling your time?
3 Describe a situation where you made a decision that backfired. If you had to do it over, what would you do differently?

5 Tell me about a project that required you to work well under pressure.
6 Describe what type of relationship you had with your last supervisor
7 Did you always think you were creative or is it something that you discovered later on in life?
8 If the latter, how did you discover it? Did you actively seek it out or did it come to you unexpectedly?
9 How do you express creativity in your life? What is your art?that has this expression brought to your life?
10 Are you a full-time artist or do you do art (in some form) just for personal pleasure?
11 There are numerous books, guides, exercises etc., telling people how to access and cultivate their creativity. Did you ever try any of these? What worked for you and what didn't?
12 How would you recommend that someone could discover their creative talent and cultivate it?

beginners & intermediatary level jobs.... Tough ones can be designed thaking this as
