Dear Sirisha,
You have used the word "Dehati". we should not use this kind of word to a leader or a person who is representing our country. We should show respect to elder like we give respect our parents.
This person has great management skill and beging a professional we must learnt from him. Our constitution, our governtment loop hole has problem and Mr. Laloo Prasad khows how to maniputate it.
So we must learn some thinking from him. (Please Just take it as a suggesstion only)

Dear Akhilesh,
In hindi, dehati means a person who has a rural background (someone from dehat). I am sorry if there was any other meaning perceived of dehati. It was not meant to be derogatory in anyway. In fact, there are several things to learn from this - the most important being where you are from doesnot matter as long as you have enough matter in the upper storey of your body - the brain.
Rgds.

His ir-repressible enthusiasm/expression coupled with great common-sense (a rareity in many others !) is evident in his Approaches & Results.
Watching him speak in Lok Sabha on July 22nd one coudn't have missed the manner in which he had the 'rapt listening' by the whole house - not merely by his histrionics or facile tongue but by some 'introspection he sowed in minds'.
Thanks for sharing the PPS.
