If the EMPLOYER PF CODE of the company is sam for both the unit then he / she cann't withdraw the PF Amount. Incase the PF Code is separate then in case of withdrawing the PF amount before completing 6 months time period then his / her pension fund will not refunded.

As per my knowledge, one can not withraw the pf during the employment period. This is the pre-requsite to withdraw the pf to be not working anywhere for continuous 6 months. But yes, you can take the loan on your pf on certain occassions mentioned.

hi,
u cannot withdraw PF if u've worked less than 2 months in a company.
if u withdraw PF in less than 6 months than u don't get pension amount.
if u withdraw PF in less than 5 yrs than tax is deducted.
PF transfers can be done irrespective on number of days/months/yrs u've worked in a company.

Dear Vikas,
For withdrawal of PF there is no such criteria that you can't withdraw PF if you have worked for less than 2 months.....
You can withdraw the PF amount of even 1 day deduction.........
Withdrawal of PF amount totally exempted from the Tax deduction...
