Hi all,
I am in the process of making a new confirmation appraisal format. This would be standard across the organization .Need assistance on sample formats, questionnaires, assessment areas and competencies. Need assistance in preparation of the same. If you have any formats, would appreciate if teh same can be shared.

On confirmation format; include the following components, for the junior level employees:
*Job Knowledge
*Team work
*Communication
*Attitude
Again, the focus should be to judge the ability to stand up to the situation and eagerness for growth or to gain; and meeting the expectation of the organization.

hi to all,
i had a querry regarding confirmation letter.
i would like to know who should sing on letter. Following are different option
1. person who sign on appointment letter. (MD/CEO)
2. immediate boss of concern person who's confimration is going to take place.
3. HR Manager
4. Both HR and immediate supervisior.
kindly let us know all of your suggestion.

Hi Seema,
The general HR process for a confirmation of employee would be if the organization has a HR Department.
1. The line manager/HOD along with the supervisor if there is one, or else only the HOD will appraise the probationers performance and will sign the probation appraisal form with a remark to HR either to confirm or to terminate services.
2. The HR manager will in turn sign and forward the confimation letter to the HOD for issuance to the employee.
