Dear Mr. Sathish,
It is very well compiled and certainly useful for everyone.
But please do note the following changes to be updated.
1) The maximum ceiling of payment of gratuity is enhanced to Rs. 10,000,00/-(w.e.f 31/05/2010)
2) Average wage for coverage of Workmen's Copensation is amended from Rs.6500 pm to Rs. 8000/-(w.e.f 25/05/2010).

Your posting is very nice but it is only copy and paste.
b'coz you don't change the ammendment in various acts.
like Payment of Gratuity ceiling limit is now 10,00,000
ESI Act limit is 15000/-
Bonus act ceiling limit is 10000/-
etc etc.
Please correct them and then circulate

Dear Mr. Satish,
Good Artical but not updated valuable matters like Gratuity act.. Present limit is increasing from Rs. 3,50,000/- to 10,00,000/-maximum and also other matters are change.
