Wanted to inform all you wonderful people that after waiting for 5 long months i hav got a very gud job which offers a lot of challenges and opportunities to learn.Its an outsourcing company.U all hav been a great wall of support n always hav given me strength wenevr i had lost hope.Thank you so much.
Its been a week i have joined and now they want me to handle the entire project on how to introduce outsourcing of training in our company.I have been given the retail sector to luk after.This means that along with offering manpower services, we will also offer training services to retail and other companies.The company wants me to prepare the entire module,process flow,list of trainers who will be providing training ,list of retail companies along with their details n list of institutes where retail is being taught as a subject.
I hav gone thru few ppt.s and articles on this site. I will be thankful to all of you if you people can add on and provide me some more useful information and suggestions regarding my project.TK CR
