Dear Tapan,
You will have to refer to the special benefits given by the Government to the particular zone. If nothing is mentioned then there will be no difference in applicability of labour and industrial laws.
For example, if it is a factory then all provisions of Factories Act will be applicable along with PF,ESI/WC, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Minimum Wages and other relevant statutues.

Hi,
Thats true. Every central Act starts with 'Applicability' Section. It generally provides 'this Act is applicable to all the states including/excluding the state of jammu and kashmir. Then the powers are delegated to state governments to exclude (in case of labour laws) any 'industry' from its ambit. Therefore unless exempted specifically by the central govt or state govt by a notification the labour laws will be applicable to any industry even if it is in Sez.
