I happened to read an article on Daredevils in a weekly magazine & was amazed to see that we as HR professionals need to learn a lot from them.The different HR theories,principles, practices, etc whatever we have on papers is being followed by these bunch of people in their day to day life. I have interepreted the article from the HR perspective & attached the same for our reading.
