Pls help me to know; how many leaves a contractual employee (appointed thru contractor) is entitled to get in an year.
Contractor is charging us @8.3% of basic per month for leave.

In Pakistan, a contractual employee is entitled full leave benefits like a permanent employee e.g. 10 days causual leave + 08 days medical leave in a year. However, in some cases we award 14 days annual leave on his first day of appointment till completion of one year contract. I am unsure what procedure is being prevailed in India.
