In our company one PF member has got his retirement age. After the retirement age shall we continue his name in PF roll, if management agreed his extension for further period of 1 year, 2 years or 3 years.

Yes you can continue his membership after his retirement but the PF contribution in toto deposited in employee contribution not in the pension fund means all 12 % ( you dont have to deduct 8.33% )

Dear Sir, I want to kno the retirement age of the member of pension scheme. Madan Lal
From India, New Delhi
Dear Sir,
The retirement age under Pension scheme is 58 yrs.
On completion of 58 yrs, if Management extend the service of any employee then in condition the Complete PF contribution of employee will goes to PF fund only. The said employee can apply for the pension to PF office and can get the pension while in extension of service. The PF fund can get after completion of extension of service period or say after retirement.
