Hi Sameena,
It is good that you are looking to get yourself some certifications, but be sure to get the right qualifications, as you are an MBA HR, and want to get into a generalist profile, it is better to get certifications on training(Train the trainers, Training professional), Recruitment(Certified recruitment professional), Payroll and compensation, their are a lot of certifications on offer be sure to choose the right institute to the same,

Dear Manas,
thank you so much for the valuable information..
it has surely helped me and i think has been of help to pankaj and pallavi as well...but i think i need to wait for some months of experience like pankaj in a perticular feild before i can chose as to which certifiaction i shall move on with. my current job prolfile focusses on recruitment as well as performance appraisals..so ill see as to how the responsibilities shape up..
apart from these do you have any idea as to how some particular, social or professional communities can enrich the experience...
thanks and regards
