Thank you for the good post. In his book "Winning" Jack Welch says that the 4E's is the most basic or essential factor that he considers before recruiting any employee. And he also opines that integrity is of great importance.
Thats why its most often the 4E's & 1I(integrity) that becomes the eligibility criteria for any new recruitment.
