Hi All,
Myself Neha, working with Suma Soft which is a small company of 50 - 60 resources. I am working in the recruitment division.
I wanted to know more about the Psychometric tests. When are they used? At what level of employees are they used? Is it ok if we start this in our company which is a small company?
Normally we have HR round and 2 technical rounds. Can these tests be conducted through a normal HR executive or a Psychology background person is required for the same? Are they different for every level?
Please send me some psychometric test examples.
