Hi Freinds,
I have completed exactly one year in Citemen HR .It has been a Wonderful Journey.
I seriously feel that it is a MUST to have a Cite HR-CHAT ROOM.
So our information site shall become more living than what it is now.

The profile gives the email id of the contributor and in case you feel relevant to pick up a HR chat you can add him/her to your existing chat id and continue your'chat'.I fell this forum is best limited to healthy discussion where we apply our focus better and respond relevantly.

Unfortunately - I agree with HRG. There is very little chance that a Chat room will be included inside CiteHR as that would just completely destroy the thought process. In a forum based discussion you have time to think and reply - people tend to read more carefully too when messages are not flying off the screen. And moreover with the speed improvement and the ease of posting it makes all the more sense not to add a chat room and divert focus from the knowledgebase.

I agree with HRG and CHR,
I have added many people in my friends list and many people have added me too.
Creating a chat room would mean discussing issues other than HR, and would involve spamming, here educated members dont even spare the forum and post same message in different sections, would not they spam the chatroom..
If your objective is specific there is no need of chat room, either PM, email the member with whom u want to interact and then if ur successful then add them in ur frnds list and chat....

Well I agreed with Lovebird143, CHR and hrg, its a very good site where we can share our thoughts, Hr Realted problems and many more info and providing a chat room may destroy the complete process. Providing chat room means also discussiing other topic apart from hr which is nowhere relelated to citehr purpose.

This is a great idea if we can have a chat room, but in case, we don't have, we can send the replies directly to somone's mail id and also can add that person in your chat list.
