Position of Generalist HR – PM / AVP for JPMorgan Services India Pvt. Ltd, India.

Treasury Services is one of the largest Cash Management providers globally. Our Indian operations include Fund Transfers, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Trade Logistics for both local and global clients. On the Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) side, our Indian operations include Securities Transaction Processing, Cash & Stock Reconciliations, Fund Accounting and Client Services for both local and global clients.
Role: The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for Treasury Services at TSS India, will cover 1000 member client population and will take end to end responsibility for the following:
1. Talent & Career Management framework
2. Facilitate the Performance Management process and influence compensation strategy for the business.
3. Partner with the business in Climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
4. Communication and implementation of HR policies and HR technology application.
5. Partnering with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) in achieving efficient HR operations management for all employee in TSS India.
6. Attrition analysis and pioneering talent engagement initiatives to manage and reduce employee attrition.
7. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like People Committee, Fun & Charity activities, leadership development initiatives etc..
8. HR analytics to influence business decision making.
Candidate Specifications:
1. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a reputed MNC organization
2. Good Communication - written and verbal.
3. Should have positive attitude and high energy levels.
