Hello Milli:
>Kindly suggest some behavioural interview techniques.<
What about talent?
>how to judge a person within a few minutes...<
Oh my, to be effective it will take more than a few minutes.
>what other questions needs to be asked apart from the general basic questions?<
Once you decide who is qualified to be hired the next step is to learn which one has the best talent for the job which means you need to assess for talent since that is the only way to quantify talent. The best candidates make the best employees only about 20% of the time.
If we want to know where all the good employees are hiding, we only need to look in our pile of qualified to be hired applicants who were not hired.
