In the new dynamic environment, HR role has become very challenging. Some of these are-
1. managing Diversity
2. managing performance
3. attracting and retaining talent
4. integrating HR with other functions
5. contributing to the strategy of the organization
6. keep learning about different cultures (in the context of globalization)
7. contributing to the revenue gain (money saved is money earned)
8. keeping the employees motivated
As per my perspective, the time has come when HR is being recognized as a significant contributor. Being members of this fraternity, we all have to keep our spirits up to do our best. :roll:
