Hi sir, This is Ravi, recently I came to India from Abu Dhabi because my health condition not well (20 days back through Vande Bharath mission)
Before coming I informed to everybody in my company including company management but company not accepted my request
but my family members not allowing me stay in abudhabi, so I came india now company management decided and terminated my contract and even they send my service certificate.
I asked about visa cancellation they said it will not valid after six month. Now when it comes to my full and final settlement, HR mentioned as per my understanding after visa cancellation only your settlement will clear. Is it mandatory to get visa cancellation for full and final settlement.
please guide me.
