can i get pdf on main gate duties of security guard / supervisor
From India, Bengaluru
Dear Srijhanavi,

What is the nature of your query? There is no difference between the heading and the main body of your post. What do you mean by "pdf"?

Would you like to prepare a list of the duties and display it at the place where guards do their duty? If yes, then you need to divide the list into two parts, one common duty and another specific to the shift that is the morning shift night shift etc. Secondly, the list needs to be published in a language understandable to the guards. Lastly, the list should not be visible to the visitors.

Lastly, once again about your query. Nothing wrong to raise a query about security guards but other members should feel that it has been raised by some professional and not by a security guard!

Thanks,

Gate duties for Supervisor and Guards can be prepared based upon what exactly is the purpose of Gate is? It looks rather absurd but let us understand the basics of why the gate is needed.Who all are allowed and who are not. What Material/ vehicles be permitted? What is the procedure for allowance of employee, visitors, guests, material and vehicles. and their types etc.
Company must have a Policy on this aspects. How the Gate be Operated, what type of Gate is it, Manual operated/automatic machine operated/ RFID operated etc.Does the gate is equipped with Visitor management software.Idea of telling this is that You should frame the duties and responsibilities of your own considering the Policy of the Company on security matters. You can take help of seniors for this.Hope you got some idea.

The levy for national holiday is being added in the over all levy amount paid applicable to registered security guards. However its the amount on account of National holiday. Further if a guard works on that national holiday he is to be paid for that day as if normal work day.
