I am new member of your team & I am glad i have joined a great community with u all
I am working as employee relation exe in one of the BPO, considering the pressures emplyee go through i got a responsibility to organise fun activities,team building activities ,fun games,events for my employyes.
i have gone through earlier post but most of the activities like family days,b'day cards,traditional days, picnics, etc are already happening at my place.all i want from all you senior people to give some ideas,activities which can be learning as well as fun moments.
