Hi everyone, Want to know if PL goes beyond the capped level should the organisation lapse it or it should be paid. If paid, is there any govt notification on it?

As per generally followed HR/Leave Policy capping of EL is appropriate. Further credits, over and above automatically elapses. There is no compulsion to allow the overflowing days to be encashed. However there is no such a rule or act. If your HR/Leave policy permits leave encashment in such cases it's your discretion.
