I was working for Wipro for 18 months in their BPO sector some 5 years back. But due to some family emergency I was not able to attend work for more than a month as a result the Company declared me as absconder and removed me from the job. I would like to claim that amount which was put in my PF account. The company is not willing to give me a letter stating that I am no working with their Organization plus they did not pay me my salary for the month I have worked. Please tell me how get my money back.

There is 2 questions -
1. Do you want your PF money back - if so you have to fill up form 10c and 19, which can be download from epfindia.com. Fill up and submit to the department directly (you must know the PF number to fill up)
2. About the salary for the month you worked - contact the Accounts manager, if you don't get any reply, you can go to labour court against non payment. which will be resloved within 15 days.
