Hi, An employee is found guilty as he connected with some association with competitor companies, need to send an mail to ask him to explain the reason for the misconduct in the company to continue his employment with company. please share your views.

Please ascertain the facts relating to the association with the competitor ie any leak of confidential data or any act for pecuniary gains etc. Only after getting some concrete documentary evidence or witnesses, you can proceed with the disciplinary action .
