Hi everyone, Please share the details for the retainer contract agreement in MNC company as the appointment of security and admin officer as a retainer agreement.
In this case, I work in the company as a retainer security and admin officer, but my agreement says no holiday is applicable except weekly off.
I don't know what the clause is under which I can resign from the same agreement for the conditional leave policy.
What are the rights under labour law, and what type of leave is allowed for employees who are engaged with a retainer contract agreement?
