Can anyone please explain about leave policy and procedures under shops and establishment?

Dear Member,

Plz see that S&E Act is not a central Act. This is a state Act & thus you are to see which state S&E Act is applicable in your case & then go through that state Act to examine the leaves which are to be granted to the employees.
