You may Begin with implementing Provisions of SHWW (P, P &R) Act 2013 which will include the following:-
1. By an Order in writng Constitute the mandatory Internal Committees comprising of 4 Members with its Presiding Officer being a Woman-Emloyee at a Senior Level & 50% of Total 4 being Nominated from amongst Employees at your Workplace/Establishment; 2. Orhganize Mandatory TrainingWorkshops for the IC Members as per Section-19 of tthe Act;
3. Organize Compulsory Employee Awareness Program to Sensitize them about What is Sexual Harassment, IC How to file SH Complaints etc
I and my Team Conduct these Mandatory PROGRAMS which must be reported to Law enforcement Authorties
